Return and Refund Policy

Terms of the FlyCastFast return policy:

• Returns and refunds are only accepted on items purchased via FlyCastFast.com.  For items not purchased from FlyCastFast.com, please contact the purchase location to review its return policy and procedure.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories. Free shipping: FlyCastFast will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all FlyCastFast.com returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned package(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. FlyCastFast reserves the right to disqualify any return that shows evidence of installation or tampering.
• Not eligible for return: Discounted orders, Spare parts, keys, locks,  kits or kit components.
