Warranty Information

FlyCastFast products are engineered to provide years of stress-free enjoyment, but because we realize "things happen", FlyCastFast warrants all of products for a period of two years from the original purchase date and to the original purchaser against all manufacturer's defects.

In the event of a warranty claim, FlyCastFast will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product found defective under this warranty. This warranty specifically excludes any products designated as "kits", replacement parts, or products resold by us that carry their own manufacturers warranty.

For all warranty claims, the customer agrees to provide FlyCastFast with such information as FlyCastFast deems necessary to evaluate the claim. Such information may include photographs, written statements and proof of purchase. For all warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of one-way return shipping and must contact FlyCastFast for a return authorization in order for the claim to be processed.

Damage caused by misuse, accident, car-top roof strikes, car washes, theft or vandalism are specifically excluded from coverage.
